As standard we use six-month periodic assured shorthold tenancy agreements, we believe this gives
both the landlord and tenant flexibility, we do not charge for tenancy renewals as the agreement
reverts to a monthly periodic. Currently Landlords can give two months’ notice on a section 21 and
tenants one month, this may change once the renter reform bill is implemented. We believe in
offering the best tailored service to landlords possible so if a 12 month is desired for security, we are
happy to produce one, we can either renew every twelve months or let it revert to a monthly
periodic the same as mentioned above.
